Regions Visa - Poor Customer service

I am a Regions Visa holder.I spent 2 hours on the telephone trying to get a simple problem solved.

I was bounced around from department to department, cut off and ignored. I followed their automated menu and the phone rang 25 times before someone picked up.

This is a Mickey Mouse outfit that needs some serious reorganization.

After being told that supervisor was coming to the phone, I was left holding for 15 minutes.I finally gave up which is probably what he or she was hoping.

The last person I sp[oke to could not give me the name of the CEO of the organization so I will have research and finally write a scathing letter to someone with some authority.
